Bartender

Event Assistant
The Event Support Staff role involves providing comprehensive assistance to ensure the smooth execution of events. Responsibilities include helping vendors with loading and unloading vehicles, directing parking operations, and answering guest inquiries. Team members will facilitate children's activity centers, serve catering food, maintain cleanliness during events, and restock frequently used items. Additionally, they will assist in event and furniture setup, making sure all aspects of the event are well-organized and effectively managed to create a positive experience for guests and organizers alike.
Security
The Security Officer role for our events involves overseeing the safety and security of all guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. This licensed officer is responsible for crowd control, monitoring guest behavior, and intervening when necessary to ensure compliance with event regulations. The officer will assess situations to de-escalate conflicts and, when required, peacefully escort individuals behaving inappropriately away from the venue. Additionally, they will collaborate with event organizers and local law enforcement as needed, conduct regular patrols, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance to guests to enhance overall safety and well-being during the event.
Animal Exhibit
Do you have an animal you want to exhibit? The role of an Animal Exhibit Coordinator involves managing and overseeing the care, safety, and presentation of your animals used for entertainment purposes in a public setting. This includes creating engaging exhibits that allow guests to interact with select animals through petting or riding experiences, while ensuring the animals are well cared for and exhibit appropriate behavior. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with animal welfare regulations and coordinating educational experiences with the animals. Additionally, they must monitor the animals' health and behavior, maintain clean and secure enclosures, and curate a positive visitor experience that highlights responsible animal handling and conservation efforts.
